Position Summary

The College of Engineering seeks a highly qualified Program Coordinator, Sr. to work within the Academic Affairs Office.The selected applicant will be an integral part of the team and will provide enrollment management services support to ENGR courses throughout the college; student services related to scholarship and final degree audit. This role will work collaboratively with the departments with a focus on student success and degree fulfillment.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, sensitivity in maintaining confidential information, ability to effectively assess, prioritize, and respond to the needs of the Associate Dean, Recruitment Team, Advising team and the Manager of Finance and Administration, Department Heads and Directors, and faculty and staff. This position will report directly to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

Duties & Responsibilities

*Final Degree audits for 15 majors
*Academic Advising Reports/4 year grids for all 15 majors.
*Scholarships projection and processing.
*Work with departments to manage the ABET process.
*ENGR course creation and modifications.
*Enrollment management for ENGR 498A/B.
*Enrollment management for ENGR 102A/B.
*Assisting ENGR 102A/B with course project management.
*Scheduling ENGR courses through room and course scheduling.
*Request TCE teacher evaluations.
*Readmission Committee.
*Differential Tuition processing.
*Review of probation and university disqualification.
*Additional duties as assigned.

Arizona Board of Regents Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND four years of administrative/coordinative program experience; OR, Master’s degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND three years of administrative/ coordinative program experience; OR, eight years of progressively responsible administrative/ coordinative program experience; OR, any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
