The Cracchiolo Law Library of the James E. Rogers College of Law and the University of Arizona School of Information (SI) offer a Fellowship in Law Librarianship for lawyers seeking to become law librarians. While the Fellowship lasts up to two years, it is possible to graduate within one calendar year. The successful applicant will work 20 hours per week in the Law Library while pursuing an M.A. in Information Science. Benefits and tuition reduction are included. Recipient pays tuition and surcharges of approximately $700-750 per semester, with remaining tuition and other fees waived.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide reference and research services to law faculty and students.
  • Assist with circulation services.
  • Work with law librarians in instructional programs for law students.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Minimum Qualifications
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (must be awarded before Fellowship begins).
  • Admission to the University of Arizona School of Information.
