Position Summary

This is a non benefits-eligible, on-call position in the McKale Ticket Office. The prime function is to support the sale of tickets for UA Athletic Events.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with all McKale Ticket Office responsibilities related to ticket sales and customer service.
• Process ticket sales for all ticketed sports, both at the counter and over the phone.
• Assist with updating and maintaining eVenue customer database.
• Must attend meetings and events as assigned by the director of ticket office operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent customer service and good communication skills, and the willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned by director of ticket office operations.
