University Information Technology Services (UITS), within the University of Arizona, is accepting applications for a Business Analyst or Business Analyst, Senior to support PeopleSoft HCM and other enterprise systems. The analyst will serve as a liaison between the UA community and UITS, helping to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way in order to achieve business goals.
The level will be determined based on the work experience as defined by the minimum qualifications in this job posting.

|Duties & Responsibilities||
• Participates in the production support efforts of PeopleSoft HCM and related systems, including keeping current with relevant regulatory requirements and vendor maintenance.
Business Analyst, Sr. (additional responsibilities):
• Leads cross-functional teams to address business process or systems issues.

To be considered at the level of Business Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field AND one year of experience in procedural, management or business analysis work; OR, five years of experience in procedural, management or business analysis work; OR, any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
To be considered at the level of Business Analyst, Sr:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field AND three years of experience in procedural, management or business analysis work; OR, seven years of experience in procedural, management or business analysis work; OR, any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
• Working experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
